By completing your registration for a course and making a payment of full or installment fee, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Course Refund Policy Part-1
Thank you for considering our courses. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy. Please review the following refund guidelines before making a purchase:
- Access Granted – No Refund: Upon purchasing and obtaining access to Part-1, we regret to inform you that refunds cannot be issued. We maintain a high level of confidence in the quality of our content and firmly believe that your investment, as well as our dedication of time, in this course, will significantly contribute to your enriching learning journey.
- Access Not Granted – Refund within 24 Hours: In the event that you have purchased a course but have not been granted access to course yet and you decide to cancel within 24 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. Please reach out to our support team within this timeframe to initiate the refund process. (£50 admin fee will be applied to process refunds).
Course Refund Policy Part-2
Refunds for Manikin and Skilled Days will not be issued if you cancel or are unable to attend the course. It is the candidate’s responsibility to find a replacement to take their slot in case of rearrangement or cancellation.
If a course day cannot proceed due to a Force Majeure Event, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected course day.
Course Access Policy
Instances of unprofessional conduct, such as sharing course materials, copying, exhibiting disrespectful behavior towards our team members, or unauthorized sharing of course logins and materials, will not be tolerated. If such actions come to our attention during the course, we reserve the right to suspend access to the course without notice. These actions violate our terms of service and undermine the learning environment for all participants.
We take these matters seriously and may initiate legal proceedings against individuals involved in such conduct. Our goal is to foster a respectful and productive learning atmosphere, and we expect all participants to adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and ethical behavior.

Please note that access to course materials is granted for the first exam route chosen and the course for which you initially registered.
Course upgradation:
To upgrade from a lower-tier to a higher-tier course, you only need to pay the difference in course fees plus a £50 administration fee.
